Return & Refund Policy

Due to the personal-care nature of our handcrafted soaps, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, scent preferences, or products ordered incorrectly by the customer. This policy applies to individual soaps, mini soaps, gift sets, bundles, and pre-orders.

Pre-Orders

Payment is collected at checkout. Pre-ordered soaps are handmade in small batches and require approximately six weeks of curing before fulfillment. Estimated availability dates are provided at the time of purchase.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Undelivered Orders

If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or is not delivered, please contact Goldmont Naturals so we can review and resolve the issue.

To help us assist you, please include your order number and photos of any damaged items.

Artisan Variations

Because each soap is handcrafted, slight variations in color, design, and appearance are a natural part of artisan soapmaking and are not considered defects.

Consumer Rights

This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, or other rights required by applicable law.
