Question 1

How long do your soaps last?

Accepted Answer

With proper care and allowing the bar to dry between uses, each bar is designed to provide many uses. Longevity varies depending on storage conditions, frequency of use, and household size. To help extend the life of your soap, we recommend using a draining soap dish and allowing the bar to dry completely between uses.

Question 2

Are your soaps gentle for everyday use?

Accepted Answer

Our soaps are handcrafted with thoughtfully selected ingredients for a gentle-feeling cleanse, creamy lather, and soft, comforting everyday care. Individual preferences vary, so we recommend reviewing ingredient lists before use.

Question 3

How should I store my soap?

Accepted Answer

Store your soap in a dry area between uses and use a draining soap dish to help extend the life of the bar.

Question 4

Do you use artificial detergents?

Accepted Answer

No. Our bars are traditionally handcrafted soaps made through the soapmaking process and do not contain synthetic detergent cleansers.

Question 5

Are your soaps handmade?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every bar is handcrafted in small batches in Temecula, California and cured with patience and care.

Question 6

Why do bars vary slightly in appearance?

Accepted Answer

Because each batch is handcrafted, slight variations in color, shape, and design are a natural part of artisan soapmaking.

Question 7

Do your soaps contain preservatives?

Accepted Answer

Our bar soaps do not require traditional preservatives due to their low water content after curing.

Question 8

How soon will my order ship?
